Luxury picnic experiences. By making a booking, the client fully accepts the following terms and conditions.

Introduction
These terms and conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Fuertedulce Eventos.
By making a booking, the client (“you”, “guest”) fully accepts these terms and conditions.
Company details: Fuertedulce Eventos, NIF Z1743617S, registered at Avenida Central 10, 35610 Costa de Antigua (Las Palmas), Spain.

Services
The company offers luxury picnic experiences, including:
- Picnics on the beach
- Sunset or sunrise picnics
- Marriage proposals
- Birthdays or private events
- Group events
- Painting activities
- Custom setups and catering
Services may vary depending on the chosen package, weather, seasonality and supplier availability.

Bookings
3.1 Booking request
All bookings are subject to availability. Submitting a request does not guarantee confirmation.
A booking is only confirmed after:
- Acceptance by the company
- Payment or required deposit
- Written confirmation by email or WhatsApp
3.2 Advance notice
We recommend booking at least:
- 1 to 2 weeks in advance for standard picnics
- 2 to 3 weeks for custom events (proposals, birthdays, weddings)
Last-minute bookings may carry additional costs or may not be accepted.
3.3 Client responsibility
The client must provide accurate information about:
- Number of guests
- Allergies or dietary restrictions
- Special requests
- Contact details
Incorrect information can affect the quality of the service.

Prices and payments
4.1 Prices
All prices are listed in euros (€) and may change without notice. Confirmed prices remain unchanged at the moment of booking.
4.2 Deposit
A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid before the experience, unless agreed otherwise.
4.3 Payment methods
We accept:
- Bank transfer
- Cash
- PayPal
Any payment fees are at the client’s expense.
4.4 Late payments
Failure to pay on time may result in the booking being cancelled.

Cancellations and refunds
5.1 Cancellation by the client
- More than 7 days before: full refund minus any fees, or free rescheduling.
- Between 48 hours and 7 days: partial refund or credit toward future bookings, at the company’s discretion.
- Less than 48 hours: no refund.
5.2 No-show
Absence without notice is considered a “no-show” and is not eligible for a refund.
5.3 Rescheduling
A free reschedule may be allowed subject to availability. Further changes may carry additional costs.

Weather and force majeure
Since our experiences are mainly outdoors, the weather may affect the service. The company may:
- Reschedule the experience
- Change the location or setup
- Cancel for safety reasons
This includes: strong wind, rain, storms, extreme heat, weather warnings and sea hazards.
In case of a weather cancellation, the client may choose between:
- Rescheduling
- Credit toward a future booking
- Partial or full refund, at the company’s discretion

Location
Picnics may take place at:
- Public beaches
- Natural areas
- Private or authorised venues
The company is not responsible for:
- Public disruptions
- Beach closures
- External noise
- Government restrictions
Clients must respect local laws and environmental rules.

Setup and decorations
Setups may vary depending on:
- Seasonality
- Supplier availability
- Weather conditions
- Transport
Custom setups may carry additional costs.

Food and drinks
9.1 Allergies
The client must communicate any allergies or dietary restrictions. We cannot guarantee fully allergen-free environments.
9.2 Food safety
Food must be consumed during the experience. The company is not responsible for food consumed later or stored improperly.
9.3 Alcohol
Alcohol is only served where allowed by law. Guests must comply with Spanish regulations. The company may refuse service in case of unsafe behaviour.

Guest behaviour
Guests must respect:
- Staff
- Public spaces
- Equipment
- Other visitors
In case of aggressive, illegal or negligent behaviour, the experience may be ended without a refund.

Damages and cleaning
Clients are responsible for damage to:
- Decorations
- Furniture
- Tableware
- Rented equipment
Additional cleaning costs may be charged.

Timing and delays
Guests must arrive on time.
- Delays may shorten the experience.
- After 30 minutes without notice, the booking may be considered abandoned.

Limitation of liability
Outdoor picnics carry natural risks:
- Uneven ground
- Rocks
- Sand
- Sea
- Sun exposure
- Insects
- Weather changes
The company is not responsible for:
- Injuries
- Lost items
- Delays
- Force majeure events
- Third-party actions

Force majeure
The company is not liable for non-performance caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Extreme weather events
- Government restrictions
- Strikes
- Pandemics
- Transport disruptions

Personal data collected is used only for:
- Managing bookings
- Communications with the client
- Delivering services
- Legal obligations
Data is processed under GDPR and Spanish regulations. The client may request access, correction or deletion.

Intellectual property
All website content, photos, logo and design are owned by the company and may not be copied without authorisation.

Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Canary Islands.

Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?
