You send a booking request

Pick your package, choose a date and time, add any extras, and tell us how you'd like us to reach you. We suggest booking a week or two ahead. Three, if it's something custom like a proposal or a birthday.

A confirmation email lands in your inbox

You'll get an automatic email letting you know the request arrived safely. Consider it a friendly wave. Your date is being held for you as pending, though it isn't guaranteed until Giselle confirms it and your deposit arrives.

Giselle emails you the final price

She writes back through your preferred channel with the exact price, the payment options (bank transfer, cash, or PayPal), and answers to anything you asked. Take your time, ask more if you need.

You send the deposit

Pick the payment method that suits you and send at least 50€ to reserve your day. The deposit is non-refundable and holds your slot. The balance is settled before the picnic.

Your date is only held once Giselle confirms it and we receive a deposit of at least 50€. Before that, the calendar stays open for anyone.

The address arrives in your inbox

We email you the exact meeting point for the day. Our spots stay a little secret on purpose. If you chose a custom location, we simply meet you there.

You arrive and enjoy your picnic

Everything will be set up and waiting for you: cushions, tableware, decorations, food and drinks. You have about two hours to slow down, sit close, and let the moment unfold.
